This Week NASA: Historic Event for Human Spaceflight, New Artemis I Launch Date
The 60th Anniversary of JFK’s Speech at Rice UniversityJohn F. Kennedy’s historic speech
at Rice in 1962. In that speech, the President recommitted the nation to the goal he had proposed to Congress in May 1961 of landing astronauts on the Moon before the end of the decade and returning them safely to Earth.
