EXCLUSIVE: Sam Thompson has opened up about his plans to propose to long-term girlfriend Zara McDermott after rumours of an engagement began spreading on social media
Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott recently sparked engagement rumours when they jetted off on a romantic getaway to Dubai. While on holiday they shared a number of snaps to Instagram, some of which raised eyebrows among their fans.
A fourth echoed this sentiment, typing: "Omg thought there would be an engagement here." On International Women's Day, Sam posted a sweet tribute to Zara, sharing a photo of the pair glammed up and seemingly in Dubai on the same holiday. Discussing the holiday, and the theories that he had popped the question, Sam told OK!: "Zara just really wanted to get away so it wasn’t like one of those really special on-one-knee places. I probably wouldn’t do it in Dubai anyway to be fair."
