The video was uploaded to Facebook on Tuesday morning and was allegedly filmed at Kinderland Preschool @ Choa Chu Kang Sunshine Place. "As a parent of a young preschooler, it is heartbreaking to watch young, vulnerable and defenceless children being abused," he said.
