Available from today, Rimowa’s pastel-hued release is designed to “capture the pure essence of summer”
This spring, Rimowa’s cult luggage gets a pastel-hued rework for a new release, which aims to “capture the pure essence of summer”.
For inspiration, Rimowa looked to the sights and aromas of rural Provence, France, arriving in two colours for the release – a gentle purple shade inspired by lavender, which grows in wild abundance in the region; and a citrus tone, which channels the “simple pleasure of a cool glass of lemonade on a hot day.”Alongside the colourful update of Rimowa’s signature polycarbonate suitcase, the release also includes a selection of bags and accessories in the same seasonal shades.
