United returned to winning ways in the Premier League against Fulham at Craven Cottage as Bruno Fernandes scored a last minute goal to secure the points
Manchester United might have left it late against Fulham on Saturday lunchtime - but they got the job done with Bruno Fernandes scoring a dramatic stoppage-time winner.
Neil Johnston from BBC Sport wrote: "Travelling fans made it clear they wanted to see more heart and effort from their team when they unfurled a banner which read 'Play like you mean it' before kick-off. After a wretched season, Ten Hag will take any positives he can at the moment and will hope this result will be a springboard for a better run of form in their next matches.
Jonathan Liew from The Guardian wrote: "Even a clown car sometimes runs in a straight line.
"At their lowest ebb, United did at least summon something, a scruffy winner at the end of an inauspicious game. What Fernandes' winner might signify is hard to say because there've been these putative turning points before - even as recently as one month ago against Brentford - but they have tended to be followed by United going back into a dark place.
