A Sims 4 update aiming to improve inclusivity has added pronoun options to Create a Sim mode, lettings players select either preset or custom options.
A new Sims 4 update has added the long-awaited custom pronouns feature to Create A Sim. While the already game had fairly robust customization options prior to the update, The Sims 4 does lack several features fans have often requested to be added. Custom pronoun options for character creation have been desired by many players for years, and can be finally found in the game's latest patch.
