The Killers are playing a series of gigs at the Co-op Live in Manchester
Fans of The Killers have predicted that the iconic rock band has visited a popular Greater Manchester beauty spot ahead of their big shows in the city this week.
But ahead of their first show in the city, the band took to social media to tease their excitement for the gig posting on Monday : “Ronnie and Brandon looking forward… to tomorrow night.” But it wasn’t the caption that caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans, it was the possible location of choice for the photo that got fans talking.
The picturesque snap led many to think frontman Brandon Flowers and drummer Ronnie Vannucci had recently taken up a visit to one of the beauty spots near to Greater Manchester. Another said: "Omg imagine walking into you guys in the peak District". One other wrote: “Nothing like a reprieve in the moors before bringing the diamonds to Manchester!” Another asked: “Is that The Peak District or Saddleworth/Marsden Moor?,” to which a fan replied: “Looks like the path round Dovestone Reservoir to me.”
