While many of us will be dressing up this evening to celebrate Halloween, costumes and role play of a different kind are used by many to spice up things in the bedroom. For those wishing to broaden their horizons and learn more about exploring their sexuality, star of the Channel 4 cult hit Open House: The Great Sex Experiment, Dr Lori Beth Bisbey will be in Belfast this evening, October 31, to speak at an event exploring the psychology of kink and fetish.
"I also talk through the perspective of what the research is from my 36 years of clinical experience and I give some personal anecdotes." "Munches are popular which are events where kinky people get together in a club, a bar or a restaurant for a drink. Everyone is dressed in normal street clothes and they just sit and socialise. This is a good way to get to know people in your local community but trust your gut and if it doesn't feel right, don't do it."
Dr Lori Beth Bisbey has been working as the on-screen psychologist on the Channel 4 series Open House: The Great Sex Experiment for two seasons. Through this programme, couples who are keen to explore open relationships do so under her guidance.
