values for each gene, which were corrected for multiple-hypothesis testing using the Holm–Sidak method implemented in the statsmodels package to derivevalues. Notably, RMTW_ZIC1/RELN and VMF_TMEM163/OTP were not included because they are excitatory cortical and hypothalamic classes, respectively.Mouse, macaque and human tissues for histology were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS overnight at 4 °C with constant agitation.
