The third-rounder has been impressive during training camp and in the scrimmages against the Eagles. Wright is an Alabama-Birmingham product who is quick at 6-foot-5 and 267 pounds. The front office was excited when drafting him and everything they’ve seen so far makes them believe he can develop into a starter in time.
8. Philadelphia started backup QB Gardner Minshew in this game, and he was 14-of-17 passing for 142 yards. He sliced up the Browns, who played all their backups on defense.
