Rocket League officially announced that the newest version of the Batmobile from the upcoming movie The Batman will be available as a playable in-game vehicle. Rocket League has become a massive success since its debut in 2015 and has drawn millions of players. With all of Rocket League's different vehicle and game types, it continues to give players exciting cosmetics to use and different gameplay options to try.
Rocket League has best been described as soccer, but with vehicles. However, there are many different ways to play Rocket League from just driving around and trying to score goals. Players can use boosts and do backflips mid-air while chasing after the ball and other players. Adding a variety of different vehicles is something the game is known for, as well as the option to outfit said vehicles with different cosmetics like hats, paints, and flags.
According to the announcement, there will also be an entire bundle known as the"Batman Bundle" that will be available for players to purchase with 1100 in-game credit. This bundle includes the body, matte black finish, tires, engine audio, and more that are specific to this 2022 version of the Batmobile. There will also be a Batman-themed "goal explosion" when scoring goals and a trail that will follow the vehicle while driving around.
There will also be a new event that pits players against the worst that Gotham City can throw at them. Though this event is a limited run, from March 2 to March 8, 2022, players can still enjoy all that Rocket League has to offer. With Sideswipe, Rocket League's mobile game also available, players on any platform are able to enjoy the game.
