Texas Rangers ironing out the kinks as April comes to a close

Though the Rangers still have much to overcome, from injuries to inexperience, they closed out April on a strong note, with better days on the horizon.

“I think it’s good to have this part of the schedule behind us. They’ve been through the toughest stretch, in my opinion. I think we have a lot to look forward to.”He was speaking about the team in general and the offense in particular, but he might as well have addressed Langford and Carter directly. No, the two rookies have yet to light it up. But the team’s ability to survive makes it a lot easier to look at their first month from a different perspective.
