A Bryan cleaning company is providing free cleaning services to cancer patients through a national nonprint organization.
BRYAN, Texas — For many, cleaning around the house can be an annoying chore, but for those battling cancer, it can be an impossible task.Through this new partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, Pro Choice Cleaning will assist cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge.
Cleaning for A Reason has served over 53,000 patients across the U.S and is hoping to impact many more lives. “We had another woman that shared with us that after walking into a clean home she said for the first time she felt she could beat her cancer because it gave her such a sense of power and control over her life after everything spun out of control with all the appointments, surgeries and chemotherapy,” noted Debbie Sardone, Cleaning For A Reason Founder.
Now with Pro Choice Cleaning joining their group, they hope to make a lasting impact on cancer patients in Bryan and College Station. Elizabeth Cantu with Pro Choice Cleaning, described her motivation in joining the non-profit, “I personally have seen the struggles that patients and their families go through while dealing with cancer and providing a clean home for them hopefully takes a little bit of weight off their shoulders so they can focus on what’s important which is healing and their families.”
