Another faction of enemies is leaked to arrive in Helldivers 2! Check out the latest news and who these mysterious beings could be.
There has been plenty of news to keep on top of recently if you’re a Helldivers 2 fan, not just that new enemies have been leaked! Update 01.000.100 was released, with massive weapon nerfs and buffs. That caused a community backlash which needed addressing by the Arrowhead devs. That was followed up by silenced guns, teleportation, and new suit leaks popping up across socials.
However, it does seem likely that The Illuminate will return in Helldivers 2. We’ve already seen the leaks for mechs arriving in-game confirmed. Add to the model leak that characters in-game mention The Illuminate and lights in the sky have appeared for some players, such as u/ImDaBooii – implying Illuminate contact – and we could be in for a new battle! For those not familiar with who The Illuminate are, they were a faction in the first Helldivers game.
