At least this time Affinity Water had approval for the temporary lights.
Four-way traffic lights that caused long delays are back having previously been removed for not having a permit.
Affinity Water said that the lights were reintroduced on Thursday, February 23, at around 10.20pm near Bushey Arches under an emergency permit. Work in the area was needed due to a burst water main with some people not having any water or extremely low pressure.
