A teenage girl was dragged out to sea and raped in front of holidaymakers despite her pleas. The attacker allegedly dragged her further into the sea where she was unable to swim and asked for sex. The girl resisted, but was groped, kissed, and bitten by the attacker.
A TEEN girl was dragged out to sea and raped in front of holidaymakers despite her desperate pleas, a court heard.After the ball was kicked away, Gabriel Marinoaica, 24, picked it up and began chatting with the girl.
He then allegedly dragged the girl further into the sea where she was unable to swim and asked if she wanted to "smash" - meaning sex. Jurors heard she told him "no, get off me" but Marinoaica groped and kissed her before biting her neck.BABY TRAGEDYEllie Fargin, prosecuting, said: "He took her out of her depth, he made her vulnerable, she couldn't even swim, he might not have known that but he might have known she could not touch the bottom.
