Margate Elementary School teacher Khadijah Tynnettta Muhammad was arrested in connection with the October 10 incident A kindergarten teacher allegedly forced a boy to the ground for throwing a piece of paper at another student. Margate Elementary School teacher Khadijah Tynnettta Muhammad, 54, saw the kindergartner throw the paper and approached him in ‘an aggressive manner and physically grabbed him by his left wrist’, according to an arrest report obtained by WPLG.
‘Towards the end of the video, which was partially blocked from the camera view, she appeared to grab him around his neck and slam him to the ground.’ Muhammad assaulted the unnamed boy in front of other students and staff members for about two minutes on October 10, police said. Cops arrested Muhammed at her home in Lauderdale Lakes and she has been charged with child abuse.
