Luxe Italian furniture brand Zanotta is inviting by-appointment clients to lounge, swim and even sleep over in Taylor Swift’s former Cornelia Street digs.

No blank spaces here — Zanotta has adorned its plush lounge spaces with custom pieces to encourage networking and mingling among design clients.Taylor Swift’s former townhouse, at 23 Cornelia St. in the West Village, is now known as Zanotta House New York. If you’re lucky, Marta and Co. might even invite you to sleep overnight in one of the two bedrooms . “If we have a meeting with a client from all over the US, we can offer for them to stay at the house — it’s just like when you’re at your house with a friend from out of town, and you ask him to stay with you,” she says.
