The Buddies centre back says his side must respect struggling St Johnstone as they look to pick up all three points this afternoon.
Richard Taylor insists he’s still smarting from the painful Rangers loss that ended St Mirren’s unbeaten run.
To rub salt in the wounds, Taylor and his team-mates had already travelled the long road up to Dingwall the night before. “Last weekend the game getting cancelled was devastating. We had to travel up on the Friday and then straight back down on the Saturday morning. “Going down to 10 men was always going to be hard. We did what we could but it was disappointing we couldn’t get anything out of the game. These games are ones we have to win. The gaffer has emphasised that a lot.
