The singer was out surfing when he saw an unconscious man pulled to shore.

Yesterday , Taiwanese singer Chang Chen-yue, 49, shared on Facebook that was surfing at Wangli Beach in Taipei when he saw an unconscious man pulled to shore.

"I turned around to see someone lying on the ground while another person was kneeling [next to him]. I immediately sensed that something was wrong and rushed back to shore," he recalled. Chen-yue then assisted the other man and took turns performing CPR on Mr Lee before the ambulance arrived. According to reports, Mr Lee was at the beach with his wife, their 15-year-old godson, his younger sister and her two daughters as well as his younger brother with his wife and son.
