A search is underway for a suspect accused of fatally shooting a man during a fight in front of a store in north Houston Sunday. hpd hounews kprc2 click2houston
Houston Police Department units responded to reports of a shooting at 8021 N. Main St. around 11:20 p.m.
Arriving units located a man with a gunshot wound. Police said the victim was transported to the hospital by an ambulance, where he was pronounced dead. According to investigators, surveillance video showed the victim and suspect getting into a fight outside of a corner store. The suspect then pulled a pistol and shot the victim, HPD said.
Police said the suspect, who was described by police as a man wearing a white t-shirt, fled the scene on a bicycle.Copyright 2022 by KPRC Click2Houston - All rights reserved.
