A pedestrian involved in a hit-and-run in Phoenix is in critical condition as the suspect remains outstanding.
Phoenix police are searching for a suspect in a hit-and-run that left a woman hospitalized in critical condition early Thursday.
Officers responded to the area of 35th Avenue and Bethany Home to reports of a pedestrian collision at around 5 a.m. According to the statement, the victim, an unidentified woman, was observed being hit by a passenger vehicle that fled the scene and has yet to be identified.The roadway of 35th Avenue and Bethany Home had been blocked off as the scene remained active, but has since reopened.
