Lindsey Wilkes, special agent in charge, said at a news conference the shooting occurred after an"altercation" at a Circle K gas station across the street from the police department in Alamo, about 90 miles southeast of Macon. Wilkes did not identify the man or provide additional details about his non-compliance, but said he is"associated" with Ferguson.
