Marko Guberovic, 38, was killed after he was allegedly beaten by five “visibly intoxicated” patrons of the Satin Dolls strip club, then pushed on the highway and hit by a car, the lawsuit says.

in Lodi has sued Satin Dolls, the strip club that doubled as the Bada Bing on HBO’s “The Sopranos.”

Prior to his death, Guberovic had been punched several times, stumbled and fell onto the highway, where he was struck by Wood’s car, according to an affidavit of probable cause. The owners of Satin Dolls, along with two unidentified bartenders, are accused in the lawsuit of negligence for allegedly over-serving the five patrons. The establishment knew or should have known the intoxicated men “would be aggressive and violent towards others, including Marko Guberovic,” the lawsuit states.
