Strictly Come Dancing's Giovanni Pernice spent time with his ex dance partner, Rose Ayling-Ellis, after his shock early exit from this year's show after Amanda Abbington quit
Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice has been finding comfort in spending quality time with former show partner Rose Ayling-Ellis after his shock exit from the 2023 series.
Sharing moments from their night out together on his Instagram stories, Giovanni showed Rose sitting in the Royal Opera House's restaurant with a glass of prosecco.When Rose asked why, he told her: "Because you got smelly breath," adding that she had been eating onion soup. He shared Rose attempting to strike a ballet pose back at home before stumbling towards him and captioned it: "She got inspired apparently..."
She said: "It is with deepest regret that I had to leave Strictly. I did not come to this decision easily or lightly but for personal reasons, I am unable to continue. It was an absolute joy working with my fellow contestants, they are a beautiful, hardworking and talented group of people who I love and who I will miss seeing every Friday and Saturday and competing alongside.
