Strictly Come Dancing star Annabel Croft, has opened up about her emotional tribute dance to her late husband Mel Coleman, as she described the performance as an “out of body experience.”
Sitting down on the Strictly It Takes Two sofa on Wednesday 8 November, Annabel told show host Janette Manrara just how “overwhelming” the experience had been for her, as she recalled: “It was very emotional and I didn’t really realise because I was in it how much the significance of it would really resonate with so many people.
In a sweet tribute to her dance partner, Annabel then added: “I could’t imagine doing it with anybody else. I know I’ve said that a few times, but Johannes understands grief as well and that’s why we connect so well.”
