Annabel Croft’s emotional tribute to late husband leaves Strictly fans in tears
Annabelsaid to the camera: "Now our next star, has got a very special reason for dancing on Strictly, and telling us that story with her couple's choice, it's Annabel.""We were supposed to have our 30th wedding anniversary this year, and I never ever saw, what's happened, coming," Annabel said while fighting back the tears.
Annabel told those watching at home that her husband was diagnosed with cancer on January 31st and was told he didn't have long to live." The screen then filled with a touching montage, capturing the star and her late husband in a series of sweet memories. Annabel's children also shared poignant reflections about their beloved father and the immense void his absence has left in their lives.One wrote: "Amazing dance tonight Annabel, such a moving tribute to your lovely husband and watched by your children - they looked so proud of their amazing Mum!"
