Baroness Angela Smith, the shadow leader of the House of Lords, suggested Labour would have done a better job."There has got to be some movement - at the end of the day the institutions have to go back, that has to happen," she said.When asked would a Labour-led government force the Democratic Unionist Party to return to power-sharing, Baroness Smith said: "You just have to have some discussions.
"I was a direct rule minister , I was told it could be two or three months and I'd come back to my job, I was there for three-and-a-half years," Baroness Smith said.
