Lewis Kirk, of Middlemuir Road, had carried out the assault in Baker Street on February 11 this year while on bail on another matter.He had also seized her hair and repeatedly caused her to fall to the ground.His agent Virgil Crawford told Sheriff Keith O’Mahony that Kirk was serving a nine-month custodial sentence imposed at Alloa Sheriff Court.
Sheriff Keith O’Mahony further deferred sentence on Kirk until November 22 for the report previously requested.
