Gas prices for Californians are among the nation’s highest, with an average of $5.87 per gallon, AAA reported. With the hikes in gas prices, Americans may see costs rise up to $2,000 at the pump, while groceries may have increased costs of $1,000. While many Americans are reportedly looking to cut costs and aren’t driving as much, millions would benefit from stimulus checks as gas prices have reached an average of $4.24 a gallon on March 22, AAA reported.
