A natural follow-up would be,"So were there discussion or not?" or even, simply,"What does that mean?" But alas, from there the two moved into a discussion about which branch of the federal government Harris works in. Now, I realize that Colbert is a comedy show host, not a journalist. But before he hosted"The Late Show," he was known for being one of sharpest political voices on late-night television.
