This storyline chronicles the spread of the Scourge, a sentient virus that infects droids and cyborgs, taking over their minds and adding them to its ever-growing hive-mind.
Amaxine Station Unleashes the Scourge Skip ahead to the period of Star Wars history leading up to the events of the sequel trilogy, and it's revealed that Amaxine Station is also the home base of Supreme Leader Snoke . It was on this planet where Snoke not only plotted to overthrow the New Republic and conquer the galaxy once more, but also where the final corruption of Ben Solo aka Kylo Ren took place.
Amaxine Station Was Snoke's Base The origin of Amaxine Station is one built from a violent, war-based society before it was turned into a prison for perhaps the most dangerous cosmic entity in the galaxy at that time. Then, it became the point where the Scourge and the Force-ripples began, two things that have negatively impacted the galaxy greatly . And finally, the Amaxine Station was the place where Snoke corrupted Kylo Ren and nearly retook the galaxy.
