The Loose Women star said she often feels 'strange' for the way she is
Stacey Solomon has told fans she was 'nervous' to share her latest social media post as she opened up about the 'intrusive thoughts' she feels when not keeping busy.
"My thoughts when I'm doing something..." she wrote over the first set of clips. As she painted a wall, Stacey said she was thinking: "Roll, roll, roll...." before counting herself through each stroke. "Goodbye pink tree of nightmares," she then added before the rest of the clips played out. Captioning the post to her 5.9 million followers, Stacey said: "Welcome to my brain. I get messages every single day asking 'Whyy don’t you just sit down and chill? Don’t you have an off switch?' The truth is this."
It didn't take long for the comments to come flooding in but not all appeared to help Stacey's thoughts as she joked: "Omg these comments are doing wonders for my anxiety. I love you all soooo much!!"
