More than a year after it was first announced, the first full-length trailer for Squid Game: The Challenge is here.
Squid Game: The Challenge will be sparing no expense on its contestants if the brand-new full-length trailer is anything to go by. I mean, of course, there won't be any deaths as depicted in the fictional show Squid Game it was inspired by, but the short snippets of the dramatic, nail-biting challenges featured in the upcoming competitive series look undeniably stressful.
As well as the terror of looming challenges, the trailer also shows us that there's a generous dose of drama between the contestants, with some eyebrow-raising backstabbing involved. 'You can't trust anybody in here,' one contestant is heard saying before we're shown that they must all choose two players to eliminate.
