Southwest Airlines reported a fourth quarter net loss Thursday, and warned that another loss is expected for the first quarter of fiscal 2023 due to its holiday operational meltdown.
But this problem, which isOn Thursday, Jordan also reiterated how "deeply sorry" he was to employees and customers for the meltdown, adding that the carrier has taken steps to "bolster our operational resilience and are undergoing a detailed review of the events."
