Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties are also at higher wildfire risk from dry and high winds that could reach above 60 mph.As of this morning, Southern California Edison shut off power to 35 customers north of Porter Ranch, according to SCE spokesperson Kathleen Dunleavy."Based on the wind conditions, based on the vegetation and based on the fire risk that is identified, it could happen anytime," Dunleavy said.
