The South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service has produced a spoof Scream horror film to raise awareness about the risks of being distracted while cooking. More than half of accidental house fires in the county originate in the kitchen, with a third of cooking-related fires caused by distractions. The video aims to remind residents that distractions can lead to preventable fires and urges them to stay focused while cooking.
