Songwriter Dave Frishberg of Schoolhouse Rock tune I'm Just A Bill dies aged 88.
His death was confirmed on his Facebook page on Thursday with his wife April Magnusson saying he had been battling an illness for several years.He is best known for writing the iconic song I'm Just a Bill from Schoolhouse Rock! The tune debuted in the program's third season, which described the country's legislative process and was performed by trumpeter Jack Sheldon.
