It’s important to have a reliable set of tools that you can use when you feel stressed. Sometimes it's as simple as breathing.

The moment we’re in right now is kind of, well, a lot. There are your personal responsibilities, school, work, and all of this while we’re still in a pandemic. All that to say: there are plenty of good reasons to feel stressed right now. But how we deal with that stress is important.
