An unusual water feature appeared on Bath Street on Thursday morning following days of issues with a nearby pipe.
Business owners and workmen were left scratching their heads after a burst pipe sent water shooting 'sky high' and sending showers down on motorists. A section of road had been blocked off from Tuesday while workers attempted to fix an issue on the busy street. He said: "Bath Street has a new water feature: a sky-high fountain after a burst pipe incident. The issue has been around since Tuesday with sporadic visits from water workers. Today’s visitors arrived in a van. Did something. Result was the fountain.
