MONTOURSVILLE — Six adults were injured Tuesday night in a violent crash on Interstate 180 in Lycoming County.
There were nine passengers in the van, six of whom were taken to two hospitals and three of whom refused treatment, police said. Three of the injured were reported to be in serious condition. It took about 45 minutes to free everyone from the wreckage, Montoursville Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Hutchins said.
