Simon Cowell showed off his impressive weight loss after making a number of simply changes to his diet – but there was one food he missed, that his son Eric was still allowed
The now-64 year old Britain's Got Talent judge decided to make some changes to his lifestyle so he could keep up with his energetic son, Eric, who turned 10 in February.
In a recent interview with The Sun, Simon shared that he now eats "loads" of veggies and has been cooking more at home. He said: "If you're on a diet you have to keep the food sensible, but it's got to be interesting and tasty, then the diet's surprisingly easy." Viewers were worried about his "different" look when he appeared on the live gameshow dressed in his trademark black T-shirt and jeans.
