Houston guard Marcus Sasser sits on the bench during the second half of a semifinal basketball game after suffering a leg injury in the first half in the American Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in Fort Worth. Given UH’s title hopes, Clark Kellogg and Charles Barkley said they would consider sitting Sasser for the first two games of the tournament, allowing the senior guard to recover in time for the Sweet 16 a week later.
