Amazon shoppers have been raving over a weighted blanket they claim helps them to fall asleep 'in minutes'. With the weather turning colder and energy bills still high, finding alternative ways to stay warm for cheap at home is top of the list for many Brits.
A description of the blanket states it can be used for adults and children, and is "engineered to support a relaxing sleep experience using evenly distributed weight pockets." Its 150 x 200 cm size makes it ideal for double or king size beds, or to cosy up with on the sofa. Dominika wrote: "Got it today and used for a nap. I have adhd and also my anxiety wouldn’t let me sleep properly past two weeks. I fall asleep straight away and had the most deep sleep ever! It will be a life changer for me and for my future nights!"
