Mark Titley, 59, pocketed bank notes from the home of Barbara Drage, who collapsed in her garden and later died in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
A shameless paramedic who was caught on camera stealing money from a 94-year-old as she lay dying in her garden has been struck off.
He was one of four medics called to the pensioner's home in June 2022 and can be seen rifling through her belongings whilst looking for the certificate, before taking the money from her side table, the tribunal heard. 'Unknown to him initially there were cameras installed in the house and garden, and, while in ignorance of them, he had found a pot with bank notes in it.
Paramedics worked on Mrs Drage for around 20 minutes before she was pronounced dead at the scene on June 29, 2022. He was banned from practising as a paramedic at the tribunal hearing in Vauxhall, south-east London, which Titley did not attend.
