Shakhtar donate £20.5million of Mykhailo Mudryk fee to Ukraine war effort

Shakhtar Donetsk are donating £20.5million of the transfer fee they received from Chelsea for Mykhailo Mudryk to help Ukrainian soldiers.

Mudryk’s move to Chelsea is hugely symbolic given Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich’s previous ownership of the club
