Special Constable, Paul Hoile, 40, from the Northwest Command Unit, was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of rape in Benfleet, Essex. Mr Hoile appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday charged with anal rape, two counts of oral rape and an offence under section four of the 2003 Sexual Offences Act.
Special Constable Hoile appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 9 July. He was remanded in custody to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday, 8 August.The MetHarriet Wistrich, founder, and director for the Centre for Women’s Justice, told
