A Bronx man is facing animal abuse charges after he was seen in shocking security camera footage repeatedly kicking a small dog inside his building's elevator — but his boyfriend, who owns the dog, says there's more to the story.
"I’m the victim of the situation, I was at work, I didn’t know what was going on, I walked into this," he told NBC New York in an exclusive interview.

Louisville police release body camera video from shootingVideo from body cameras worn by officers as they responded to a shooter at a downtown Louisville bank is being released by police. Louisville Metro Police Department Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey walked reporters through the footage at a news conference Tuesday. Two patrol officers who responded to the shooting were wounded, one of them struck in the head by a bullet in the Monday morning shooting.
