Sean Dyche said the prospect of overseeing Everton’s longest winless run in the Premier League does not phase him.
Despite that three and a half month run, and a six point deduction, Everton remain three points clear of the relegation zone with a game in hand on its two nearest rivals in the survival fight. For Dyche that wider context includes having to operate amid the chaotic conditions of a protracted takeover and two financial cases related to a period that almost entirely precedes him.
