The Seahawks host the Bills in a key test of where the team stands against a contender, but for the second straight day one of the biggest offensive weapons on the team was not on the field.
With the Seattle Seahawks once again sitting atop the NFC West, the team is preparing to host the Buffalo Bills and the high-powered offense led by Josh Allen. To that end, the Hawks added former Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans linebacker Ernest Jones to the roster to replace the struggling Jerome Baker, who missed most of the offseason and training camp due to injuries.
Whether or not that injury will keep Metcalf off the field Sunday may not be known until just before kickoff, but it has kept him off the field and out of practice so far this week. While Metcalf did not practice, running back Kenneth Walker was a limited participant a day after not practicing due to an illness, while Nehemiah Pritchett also returned to practice after being held out Wednesday due to an ankle injury.
